Centre-based/Online - Undergraduate programs
New Zealand Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 5)

Students can begin their studies on most Monday's of the year for our undergraduate programs.

Vacation breaks are not provided unless study falls over the Christmas break period.
NOTES:
If enrolments are rolling, students may start any Monday of the year.
Courses in the ITE and undergraduate programmes are operated consecutively not concurrently.
Courses in the non-ITE postgraduate programmes are completed in semesters and the programmes can be undertaken in both full time and part-time options.
Grades are released approximately three weeks from the end date of each course or semester.
Completion of a programme occurs after programme requirements are completed, and in most cases occurs three weeks after the final assessment has been marked. International students with shorter visas will have their end of stage fast tracked to ensure they do not breach their visa dates.
Enrolment start and end dates are based on the NZQA approval for the program, for example a program which is approved for one academic year, will have start and end dates reflecting twelve calendar months.
Holiday start dates are calculated on the basis of the end date of final course that can be completed before the Christmas break, which will be a date in early November. The holiday end dates are based on when the college opens in January.
