Wishing you a prosperous New Year

NZTC is back for its 41st year of supporting students in Aotearoa and around the world to become competent kaiako (teachers) ready to make a difference in the lives of young tamariki (children).

While our team have all had a well-deserved Kiwi summer break, we hope our international community and partners have also taken time to relax and unwind with friends and whānau, ready for exciting opportunities in the year ahead.

The college’s study programs continue to be grounded in wraparound student support with flexible workplace learning, combining theory and invaluable practical experience in centres, remaining an NZTC hallmark.

With New Zealand in great need for qualified early childhood teachers and our borders fully open, 2023 is set to be a busy year for our International Team, as they partner alongside our international students to support them in their study journeys.

We step into this new year, excited for fresh opportunities, partnerships and achievements, with our steadfast values of Vision, Heart, Competence and Spirit continuing to guide us along the way. Wishing our students, educational partners and international community a successful year ahead.
