New Zealand Tertiary College has received outstanding results in the Tertiary Education Commission’s Educational Performance Indicators for 2023.

The results show how tertiary education providers deliver on their programs, and compare statistics like qualification completion, course completion, and student retention rates to an average industry score.

New Zealand Tertiary College performed better than the University, Private Training Establishment, and Te Pūkenga education sectors with high scores across all four of the indicators.

The scores included a qualification completion rate a significant 21% above the average score for tertiary education providers.

NZTC’s Chief Executive Officer, James Ward, says that “the college’s strong performance across the indicators reflect the commitment to excellence of New Zealand Tertiary College staff, students, Associate Teachers, and the services and centres where students complete their practical study”.
