New Zealand Tertiary College welcomes Suzanne Pearson as Chief Executive Officer

New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) is delighted to announce that Suzanne Pearson has joined the organisation as Chief Executive Officer.

Suzanne brings a wealth of education sector experience to NZTC, joining from UP Education, where she has held the role of Chief People Officer. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leaders, teams and organisations to build strong, capable workplaces - always with a people-first approach at the heart of what she does.

Known for building genuine relationships and listening closely to the people she works with, Suzanne has a track record of helping teams and their communities feel supported and equipped as their organisations grow. It's an approach that fits naturally with NZTC's own values - a commitment to nurturing great educators who inspire tamariki and healthcare professionals who care for their clients.
