International students recommend New Zealand

The results from a research project about the experience of international students studying in New Zealand were released by Education New Zealand Manapou ki te Ao (ENZ) earlier this year.

The survey, which asked 4,755 international students from more than 70 nationalities about their student experience, showed that 84 percent of international students studying in New Zealand felt positive about their experience.

83 percent would recommend New Zealand as a study destination, and 78 percent said that New Zealand was the first choice for international students looking to pursue education overseas.

Audrey Wang, NZTC International Marketing Manager, is not surprised by the research findings.

She dedicates each day to supporting the college’s international students as they settle into the New Zealand way of life – often balancing family commitments alongside their studies.

“When students study with us, they gain practical experience with our famous early childhood curriculum, and a qualification that is recognised in many countries around the world,” says Audrey.

“Flexible learning options mean they can do so while also being able to discover everything New Zealand has to offer.”
