Celebrating NZTC’s Values Month with a special gift

New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC)’s Values Month is a time-honoured tradition that is celebrated in August every year. Each week in August, we acknowledge Vision, Heart, Competence and Spirit while reflecting on the sectors we serve.

As early childhood teacher educators, we aim to inspire our students with fresh content and empower them with knowledge. With this in mind, we are excited to support a new initiative that has been designed and developed to support the early childhood sector.

Enspirement (Inspiring + Environment = Enspirement) is a new virtual community that has been created by experienced ECE professionals, with a vision to help transform the early childhood education experience by supporting and guiding teachers to create meaningful environmental designs.

The digital platform shares content, inspiring images, ideas, research, trends and best practices. It is a place for educators to go to share, connect with others and learn in a virtual professional development space.

In celebration of Values Month, NZTC is honoured to gift a four month enspirement membership to all of our ECE students in August, enabling an opportunity for engagement with this new initiative that supports our early childhood sector.

“We look forward to sharing this special gift with students to inspire them in their care and education of young children,” said Chief Executive Selena Fox.
