Call for Papers for upcoming He Kupu issue
Early childhood professionals throughout New Zealand and beyond are invited to submit their insights and research to the upcoming October issue of He Kupu titled ‘Family and community | Whānau tangata’.
Offering a valuable professional development opportunity, submissions are welcomed from the sector to help develop a critical, collaborative and informed ECE community.
He Kupu has grown significantly over the years, with a global readership of over 10,000 subscribers. The peer-reviewed biannual publication features in prominent US-based research journal database, EBSCO.
NZTC Academic Dean, Dr Sean Dolan, encourages ECE professionals to utilise the opportunity to share their research and practical knowledge as part of their professional development.
“The upcoming issue will look at the crucial involvement of family in early childhood education, exploring key areas such as supporting diverse cultural backgrounds, developing local curriculums, and fostering children and families’ wellbeing.
“With an extensive and established readership across the globe, this is an excellent opportunity to publish work in a fully refereed early childhood journal. We welcome submissions from academics, practitioners, college alumni and students in all disciplines related to early childhood education.”
Submissions for the October issue are open and due by Friday 29th July 2022
