With just a few weeks left to apply for our reduced-fee study scholarships, now is the perfect time to take the next step in your career and become a qualified early childhood teacher.

Our flexible study options and wraparound student support will help you as you progress your journey towards New Zealand teacher registration.

NZTC scholarship recipient and busy mum, Allanah Elzakey, is partway through the Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) program, and is excited to be moving closer towards her goal of becoming a qualified early childhood kaiako.

“The ECE scholarship has enabled me to concentrate on my studies as I don’t have to apply for a student loan or make repayments on one. Also, the flexibility of the program allows me to learn at my pace and in the comfort of my own home.

“Becoming a reflective teacher is a great skill that I have learnt through my studies so far. I hope with time and practise I will continue to see new skills added to my teaching belt.”
