Enrolments Advisor
New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) has been providing comprehensive and professional programs to enable students to excel in their chosen field for over 40 years. We currently have an opportunity for an Enrolments Advisor to join the team.
As Enrolments Advisor, you play a key role promoting our programs to students and ensuring that NZTC's highly reputable profile is continually raised, including:
- Promoting to high schools and early childhood education services
- Working to meet enrolment targets
- Operating as the key contact point for students throughout the application and enrolment processes
The successful applicant will:
- Have a passion for high quality customer service and a drive to achieve targets
- Have an ability to effectively build and maintain professional networks and relationships
- Have outstanding communication with efficient time management and organisation skills
- Be professional, highly motivated and eager to learn
- Have a full New Zealand Driver’s License with a clean record

Administrator
New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) has been providing comprehensive and professional programs to enable students to excel in their chosen fields for over 40 years. Our qualifications specialise in Early Childhood Teacher Education and Health and Wellbeing programs.
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our administration team. This role includes the administration of field practice placements, document preparation and processing, data inputting, administration of academic records and student support.
The successful applicant will have:

- Excellent verbal and written English, and a welcoming telephone manner
- Efficient time management and organisation skills
- An ability to multi-task and use initiative

Lecturer (Field Practice) - ECE
Predominantly work from home role based in Auckland; regular national travel.
New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) has been providing comprehensive and professional programs to enable students to excel in their chosen field for over 40 years. We are seeking to expand our team of motivated specialist lecturers in Auckland to inspire and guide students in their early childhood studies. A focus on early childhood centre-based student assessment visits will be key to this position, which will include regional travel.
A significant component of teacher education is supporting students in their field practice (practicum placements). The successful applicant will be committed to guiding students in their early childhood teacher field practice. The position requires flexibility of work hours and will involve visiting students in early childhood centres on field practice nationally.
The successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge of and a passion for increasing quality care and education in the early childhood sector in Aotearoa / New Zealand
- New Zealand Teacher Registration
- Experience in teaching and/or mentoring adults
- A post graduate qualification in early childhood education or related discipline
- Flexibility of work hours and ability to travel outside the Auckland region
- New Zealand drivers licence – (Full)
- Experience in online education preferred
