Healthcare Tutor

We are seeking a motivated healthcare tutor to support our health and wellbeing programs. You will inspire students to pursue their health and wellbeing studies with your knowledge of the healthcare sector, providing assessment and tutoring support for Level 2, 3 and 4 Health and Wellbeing studies.

You will possess the following:

  • Knowledge of and a passion for the Health and Wellbeing sector in Aotearoa / New Zealand
  • A good command of both verbal and written English.
  • A qualification in Health and Wellbeing or related discipline
  • Have an ability to effectively build and maintain professional networks and relationships
  • Experience in teaching and assessing students (experience with distance learning and teaching would be an advantage)
  • New Zealand driver license (Full)

You will need flexibility of work hours and travel outside Auckland is required. Having experience working in the health sector as a healthcare assistant would be an advantage.

Financial Accountant

  • Oversight of accounts receivable/payable
  • Month end closure and finance reporting
  • Preparation of annual budget and tax compliance reporting
  • Business support/advice, including financial audits.
  • Team lead of the finance team

The successful applicant will have:

  • Planning, analysing and financial reporting skills
  • Knowledge and experience in taxation
  • A CA/CPA qualification and commercial experience
  • Highly effective communication, with excellent verbal and written English
  • Accounting software experience (preferably Exchequer and Xero), and an advanced user of Excel
  • Proven ability to mentor and provide support for junior members within the team

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in .Net development to take leadership of our ongoing development of both our learning management system and CRM database. You will have demonstrated success as either a business analyst or possess functional .Net and SQL experience (minimum 4+ years) as well as experience with MS Dynamics CRM.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • broad project management experience, complex projects with a variety of stakeholders
  • sound technical understanding in particular .Net and CRM applications
  • strong analysis skills and ability to gather and refine business requirements

Senior Systems Engineer

An opportunity has arisen at the College for a Senior Systems Engineer.

This is a hands-on senior role including day-to-day responsibility for our network, infrastructure, hardware and servers. The successful candidate will have articulate communication skills, and a good command of English (written & verbal).

The successful candidate will also have demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity with sound knowledge of the following areas:

  • Windows 7 and 10 desktop and laptop deployment & support experience
  • Microsoft core server technologies including, Active Directory Services, Exchange, SQL Server
  • Networking (LAN/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies
  • Virtualisation & cloud computing experience
  • Understanding of firewall & security principles & technologies
  • Mobile computing technologies
  • IP phone systems
  • Linux / Apple (exposure)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint management would be an advantage
