Program Manager

New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) has been providing comprehensive and professional programs to enable students to excel in their chosen field for over 35 years. Our qualifications specialise in Early Childhood Teacher Education and more recently in Health and Wellbeing programs. We are seeking a motivated Program Manager (Health and Wellbeing) to lead, coordinate, and administer the activities of our health and wellbeing academic team. This role is a leadership role and reports to the Chief Executive.

The role includes:

  • Leading and supporting academic staff in operational matters
  • Curriculum development, implementation, course moderation, evaluation and review
  • Quality assurance

The successful applicant will have:

  • Knowledge and experience in education/training programs (knowledge of health and wellbeing would be advantageous)
  • Team leadership and management expertise
  • Proven relationship building skills at all levels
  • Experience in senior administrative roles and project coordination
  • The ability to lead the development and delivery of learning programs

A familiarity with eLearning principles, NZQA processes and related compliance requirements would be an advantage.

Lecturer (Teaching) - ECE

Pastoral Support

International Marketing Officer (Korea)

An opportunity has arisen at the college for someone to join the international marketing team to assist in the recruitment of international students from Korean and other South East Asian markets.

Reporting to the International Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will have:

  • Passion for customer service, building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Drive to achieve set enrolments targets
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and use initiative
  • Highly accomplished verbal and written English
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
  • An undergraduate qualification (ideally in marketing or an allied subject)

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Korean
  • Experience working in an educational institution recruiting students
  • Experience working with agents and other educational partners to recruit students
