There is an increased expectation of advanced Healthcare Assistants to make valuable contributions to improve workplace environments. This course provides the theoretical components of initiating, implementing and contributing towards positive workplace changes. These changes could enhance client outcomes, daily operations and processes, and/or staff knowledge and skills. Students will reflect on their current workplace environments and identify areas which could be improved upon within their scope of practice, and consider which strategies to apply.
