Life in New Zealand
New Zealand has become home to people from around the world, resulting in a diverse multi-cultural population of 4.3 million.
Kiwi culture has been largely influenced by both European (Pakeha) principles and indigenous Maori culture. Today, the rich Maori culture and language are an integral part of New Zealand life. New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) is proud to include Maori values into the teaching of our early childhood qualifications.
