CRM Business Analyst

At New Zealand Tertiary College we have developed a very successful Student Management System based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in CRM to take leadership of our ongoing development. You will have demonstrated success as either a business analyst or possess functional CRM experience (minimum 2+ years) with sound knowledge of most of the following areas:

  • experience working with CRM systems
  • end-to-end experience analysing business processes and work cycles, and customising solutions based on business needs
  • able to lead a small team and juggle multiple projects and clients
  • excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • ability to clearly articulate and translate information and guidance into an easily understood format for the relevant audience
  • experience as a business analyst is preferred but not essential

Junior Administrator (entry level role)

Multimedia Designer - Entry Level Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a small but talented team producing videos, animations and motion graphics to support our Learning Management System and College marketing.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proficiency with video editing and authoring programs, and Adobe Premiere/Final Cut and Adobe After Effects
  • Confidence with developing videos from beginning to end including storyboarding, sound design, base content design (using programs such as Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Experience in managing, uploading and maintaining video content
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good sense of humour and ability to work well in a team environment.

Academic Manager

An opportunity has arisen at the college for an appointment with experience in managing academic operations and senior academic staff to join the NZTC leadership team. As Academic Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the college’s programs meet the needs of the students and the sector through the college’s curriculum, teaching and research. You will be responsible for the successful implementation and operation of college programs and academic staff success.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in managing academic teams at the tertiary level in teaching, curriculum and research activities
  • Experience in quality assurance processes
  • Experience with management and implementation of academic operations
  • An awareness of how to get the best out of their team and lead collaboratively

Health and Wellbeing Tutor

Greenlane, Auckland

New Zealand Tertiary College (NZTC) is seeking to expand its health and wellbeing team in Auckland and to inspire students in their Level 3, 4 and 5 Health and Wellbeing studies.

You will inspire students to pursue their health and wellbeing studies with your knowledge of the healthcare sector, providing assessment and tutoring support. You will also develop relationships within the sector to build awareness of NZTC through an array of initiatives.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Knowledge of and a passion for the Health and Wellbeing sector in Aotearoa / New Zealand
  • A good command of both verbal and written English.
  • A qualification in Health and Wellbeing or related discipline
  • Have an ability to effectively build and maintain professional networks and relationships
  • Have outstanding communication with efficient time management and organisation skills
  • Experience with distance learning and teaching.
  • Experience in teaching and assessing students ( Experience teaching adults would be an advantage)
  • New Zealand driver license (Full)

You will need flexibility of work hours and travel outside Auckland is required. Having experience working in the health sector as a healthcare assistance would be an advantage.
